Orders & Payment
How do I place an order? Browse our store, select your size and colour, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the prompts. It's that easy.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free shipping on all Australian orders, always. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive? Please allow 2–5 business days for processing, then: Australia: 7–15 business days New Zealand: 10–18 business days USA & Canada: 12–20 business days UK & Europe: 14–25 business days
Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking to update.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do? If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at liminalform@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.
Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you carry? Our PJ pants are available in XS through XL. We stock all sizes across all colourways.
How should I size? For a relaxed, oversized fit, the kind you've seen all over TikTok, we recommend sizing up one to two sizes. For a more fitted look, go true to size. When in doubt, size up. You'll thank us later.
Do you have a size guide? Yes, you'll find a detailed size guide on each product page with measurements in centimetres.
Products
What material are the PJ pants made from? Our pants are made from premium plush flannel — soft, warm, and stretchy. The blend includes spandex for a comfortable give that moves with you.
Are the prints exactly as pictured? We do our best to represent colours accurately but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. If you have questions about a specific product, email us.
Do you restock sold-out items? We restock popular styles regularly. Sign up to our email list to be the first to know when your size is back — or follow us on TikTok and Instagram.
Matching & Gifting
Can my partner and I order matching sets? Absolutely — that's basically what we're here for. Simply add two items to your cart in your respective sizes. Mix colourways or go full matching — both are a vibe.
Are SnugglePJs good as a gift? They're one of the best gifts you can give honestly. Cosy, cute, and something people would never buy themselves. We recommend sizing up when buying as a gift if you're unsure.
